Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 12.--ABSENTEE VOTING; FEDERAL SERVICES AND SICK AND DISABLED

      25-1228.   Act to be liberally construed.No mere informality in the manner of carrying out or executing theprovisions of this act shall invalidate any election held under it orauthorize the rejection of the returns thereof; and the provisions of thisact shall be construed liberally for the purpose of effectuating itspurposes.
