Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 18.--VOTING BY NEW AND FORMER STATE RESIDENTS IN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

      25-1811.   Application of law relating to advance voting.Except as otherwise provided in this act, the provisions of law relatingto advance votingshall apply also to the casting and counting of ballots and challenging ofvotes by newresidents, former residents or by relocated residents,the furnishing of election supplies,ballots, canvassing of ballots, and making proper returns of the resultsof the election.
