Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 2.--PRIMARY ELECTIONS

      25-208.   Place of filing nomination petitions and declarations.All nomination petitions and declarations of candidates shall be filed asfollows: (1) For state officers, United States senator, representatives incongress, in the office of the secretary of state. (2) For all county andtownship officers and precinct committeemen and committeewomen, in theoffice of the county election officer.
