Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 2.--PRIMARY ELECTIONS

      25-214.   Statutes applicable to primary elections.The provisions of existing statutes concerning elections, and anyamendment now or hereafter made thereto, so far as the same are consistentwith provisions of law relating to primary elections, shall apply toprimary elections, the intent being to place primary elections under theregulations and protections in all respects of the laws in force as to thegeneral elections.
