Article 2.--PRIMARY ELECTIONS

      25-215.   Qualifications of voters at primary elections; registration required.(1) No person shall be entitled to vote at any national, state, countyor township primary election unless he or she is a resident of the votingarea, a citizen of the United States, at least eighteen (18) years of age,and duly registered. (2) Theprovisions as to registration required by existing statutes, and by anyamendment now or hereafter made thereto, shall apply to such primaryelections.
