Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 2.--PRIMARY ELECTIONS

      25-223.   Payment of primary election expenses.All ballots and other supplies to be used at any national, state, countyand township primary election, and all expenses necessarily incurred in thepreparation for or conducting such primary elections, shall be paid out ofthe treasury of the county or state, as in the case of national, state,county and township general elections. The printing and distribution of theballots shall be under the charge and control of the county electionofficer.
