25-2017a. Certification of school offices to be filled;certification of boundary changes and voting plans.The clerk of the board of education of every school district shallcertify to the county election officer of the home county of the schooldistrict a list of all school offices to be voted upon at each schoolelection, any boundary changes of member districts since the lastpreceding election and the voting plan to be used as defined in K.S.A.25-2005 not later than January 1 of each odd-numbered year. Acopy of the above information shall be furnished to the county electionofficer of every county in which a part of the territory of the schooldistrict is located.
