25-2101. Definitions; application of other laws.As used in this act, the words and phrases set out in K.S.A.25-2102 to 25-2106 shall have the meanings respectively ascribed tothem unless the context requires a different meaning. Words and termsdefined in chapter 406 of the laws of 1968 shall have the same meaning in this act asis ascribed thereto in such act.
