      25-2106.   Definition of "filing deadline"; no withdrawal afterdeadline."Filing deadline" means the hour, date or time after which it isprovided by law no person may become a candidate for election to publicoffice. After the effective date of this act, no candidate shall bepermitted to withdraw his candidacy after the filing deadline.
