Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 22.--ELECTION EXPENSE APPORTIONMENT

      25-2202.   Apportionment by county election officer; application ofrules and regulations.The county election officer shall make the original apportionment ofelection expenses among the subdivisions of government responsible thereforand shall submit the same to the respective governing bodies of suchsubdivisions. Such apportionment shall be made in accordance with theprovisions of this act and any rules and regulations of the state electionboard applicable thereto.
