Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 22.--ELECTION EXPENSE APPORTIONMENT

      25-2203.   State election board; membership; meetings; rules andregulations.There is hereby established the state election board, the members ofwhich shall be the lieutenant governor, the secretary of state and theattorney general. The state election board shall meet on the call of thesecretary of state. The state election board shall adopt rules andregulations for determination of apportionment of election expenses amongthe subdivisions of government. Such rules and regulations shall identifyand define the election expenses which are direct and those which areindirect, or shall define sufficient means of making determination thereof.The state election board shall make such additional rules and regulationsas it deems advisable relating to payment of election expenses.
