Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 23.--REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

      25-2302.   Duty of qualified voters to register; evidence of right tovote.It is the duty of all legally qualified voters to register to vote. Suchregistration, when made as provided in this act, shall entitle such votersto vote, if otherwise legally qualified. Such registration, if the samemeets the requirements of this act, shall be prima facie evidence of theright of such voters to vote at any election held in the voting districtwhere such voter resides.
