Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 23.--REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

      25-2306.   Registration by persons under eighteen; minimum age to vote. The application for registration shall include a statement by theapplicant that he will have reached the age of eighteen (18) years beforethe next statewide general election. No person may vote at any electionuntil he has reached the age of eighteen (18) years.
