Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 23.--REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

      25-2309c.   Notices and official mailings; mailing address.Unless otherwise specifically provided, whenever any notice orother official mailing is required to bemailed to a registered voter at theplace of residence specified in the registration books, such notice shallbe addressed to the current mailing address of that voter as it appearsin the registration records and shall be sent by nonforwardable first-classmail.
