Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 23.--REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

      25-2310.   Publication of registration times and places andinformation for mail registration.County election officers shall cause publication, in a newspaper havinggeneral circulation in the county of the county election officer, of anotice of places and dates for registration and the closing thereof beforeeach election. Such notice also shall give information for registrationby mail. Such notice shall be given in such form and at such time ortimes as is specified by rules and regulations of the secretary of state.
