25-2315
25-2315. Expenses of registration, payment.The expenses of registration incurred under this act shall be paid bythe county in all cases except expenses incurred by voterregistration agencies and the division of motor vehicles, in whichcase such expenses shall be paid by such city or such agency. County andcity governingbodies, the division of motor vehicles and voter registration agencies uponwhich this section imposesfinancial obligation shall makeadequate provision to carry out the intent of this act by authorizingsufficient expenditure for both regular and temporary employees, recordkeepingmethods approved by the secretary of state and such otherexpenditures as may be appropriate.
