      25-2316a.   False swearing to an affidavit; penalty.False swearing to an affidavit to obtain a ballot is falsely swearing toan affidavit given to satisfy the requirements of subsection (a) orsubsection (b) of K.S.A. 25-2316c.

      False swearing to an affidavit to obtain a ballot is a class Bmisdemeanor.
