Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 23.--REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

      25-2322.   Mandamus to compel registration.If the county election officer refuses to register any person who makesapplication therefor as provided in this act, such person may bring anaction in mandamus to require such registration in the district court ofthe district in which the county election officer is located. The districtjudge may advance any such action for immediate hearing upon not less thanforty-eight (48) hours notice to the county election officer.
