      25-2424.   False impersonation as party officer.False impersonation as party officer is willfully and falselyrepresenting oneself to be an officer of any political party organizationor committeeman or committeewoman thereof with the intent to deceive anyperson or to influence in any way the outcome of any election.

      False impersonation as party officer is a class A misdemeanor.
