Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 25.--ELECTION DEFINITIONS OF GENERAL APPLICATION

      25-2504.   Same; county election officer; chief stateelectionofficial."County election officer" means the election commissioner in countieshaving an election commissioner, and the county clerk in counties which donot have an election commissioner.

      "Chief state election official" means the secretary of state.
