Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 25.--ELECTION DEFINITIONS OF GENERAL APPLICATION

      25-2508.   Statutory construction relating to age for election purposes. Whenever, in any statute relating to elections which was in effect priorto April 6, 1971, there is a provision fixing twenty-one (21) years as aminimum age for purposes of voting, registration, or any other purposeconcerning elections, such provision shall be construed as fixing such ageat eighteen (18) years.
