Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 27.--VOTING PLACES AND MATERIALS THEREFOR

      25-2705.   Security of ballot boxes at polls.At the time that the voting place is opened, the supervising judge shallcause the ballot boxes to be opened in the presence of people thereassembled. The ballot boxes shall be turned upside down so as to empty themof everything therein, and the same shall then be locked securely and shallnot be opened again until opened for the purpose of canvassing.
