Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 29.--VOTING PROCEDURE

      25-2904.   Marking question submitted ballots.Except as otherwise provided by law, ballots on constitutionalamendments or other questions submitted shall be marked by the voter bymaking a cross or check mark in the square to the left of either"yes" or "no."
