Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 29.--VOTING PROCEDURE

      25-2911.   Memorandum on poll book of assistance to voters.Clerks of elections shall enter upon the poll books the name of anyelector who receives assistance pursuant to K.S.A. 25-2909,together with a memorandum of the fact that such assistance was renderedand the names of the assistants.
