Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 3.--INDEPENDENT AND OTHER NOMINATION CERTIFICATES; TERMS OF OFFICE; FILLING VACANCIES

      25-306c.   Certificates of nomination; publicinspection.Upon the filing thereof, all certificates of nominationshall be open to public inspection. The secretary of state or the countyelection officer having charge of such certificates shall retain suchcertificates for at least one year following the date of the election.
