      25-311.   Certification of nominees by secretary of state to countyelection officers.Not less than twenty (20) days before an election to fill any nationalor state office, the secretary of state shall certify to the countyelection officer of each county within which any of the electors may by lawvote for the candidates for such office, the name and residence of eachperson nominated for such office, as specified in the certificates ofnomination or nomination papers filed with the secretary of state.
