Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 30.--ORIGINAL CANVASS OF ELECTIONS

      25-3004.   Exhibition of ballots to authorized poll agent duringoriginal canvass.During the original canvass by election boards, the judge announcing thevote on any ballot shall, upon request of any authorized poll agent,exhibit such ballot fully opened in a condition that such agent may fullyand carefully read and examine the same. The judge shall not allow any suchballot to be taken from his hands.
