25-3110. Certificates of nomination and election.When any final canvass of primary election returns has been completed bythe county board of canvassers, the county election officer shall prepareand issue a certificate of nomination to each person nominated. When anyfinal canvass of general election returns has been completed by the countyboard of canvassers, the county election officer shall prepare and issue acertificate of election for each person elected. Certificates of nominationshall specify with particularity the office to which the person has beennominated, and if the election is on a partisan basis, the political partyof the candidate. Certificates of election shall specify with particularitythe office to which the person has been elected. The secretary of state mayprescribe by rules and regulations the form and content of certificates ofnomination and certificates of election.
