Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 32.--STATE BOARD OF CANVASSERS

      25-3210.   Report to legislature by secretary of state.At the time fixed for convening of each regular session of thelegislature, the secretary of state shall report to each house the list ofmembers elected thereto, with the districts each represents, in accordancewith determinations of the state board of canvassers. Such report shallalso make a statement of any ties to be determined by the legislature asprovided in K.S.A. 25-3209.
