25-3302. Party affiliation lists; rules and regulations; certificationof number of party members on lists; furnishing lists.The secretary of state shall adopt rules and regulations relating toparty affiliation lists and prescribing the manner and form in which thesame are to be kept and maintained.
Before each primary and general election held in even-numbered years, andat timesand in a form to beprescribed by the secretary of state, each county election officer shallcertify to the secretary of state the number of members of each party ineach precinct of the county as shown by the party affiliation list in theoffice of such county election officer.
Each county election officer shall furnish a copy of such certificatesto the county chairperson of each party inthe county having members on theparty affiliation list. On request of the county chairperson or partycentral committee, the county election officer shall furnish not toexceed three copies of theparty affiliation list, at the expense of the partycommitteerequesting such copies.
