25-3306. Duty to inform persons registering to vote that party or voter affiliationmay be declared; posted notice.County election officers, deputy election officers, voterregistration agencies, and offices of the division of motor vehicles shallinform eachperson registering as a voter that such person may declare a partyaffiliation with any recognized political party or a voter affiliationwith any registered politicalorganization and shall inform such person of the procedure for declaringsuch affiliation. A printed notice containing such information shall beposted conspicuously at each registration place.
