Article 34.--VOTING BY PERSONS IN FEDERAL ENCLAVES

      25-3402.   Persons living in federal enclaves deemed qualified electors;registration required.Any person living in a federal enclave within the state shall be deemeda qualified elector if such person is a citizen of the United Statesand is of the age of eighteen (18) years or more. Every person shall berequired to register as provided by law beforebeing entitled to vote. Registration and election officers are herebyrequired to register such persons as are authorized to be registered underthe provisions of this act upon proper and lawful application of any suchperson to be registered.
