Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 35.--U.S. CONGRESS, VACANCIES

      25-3506.   Conduct of election, responsibility; registrationrequired.Elections held under the provisions of this act shall be conducted bycounty election officers any part of the county of which is within thecongressional district in which the election is to be held. Laws relatingto registration of voters shall apply to such election.
