      25-3607.   Where registration is required, registration books conclusiveof number of qualified electors.In counties, cities, school districts and other municipalities, or partthereof, where registration of voters is required, the registration booksshall be conclusive in determining the number of "legally qualifiedelectors," or words of like effect in conformity with the applicablestatute.
