Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 4.--CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS

      25-435.   Mail ballot elections; application of advance voting ballotprovisions.The provisions of article 11 of chapter 25 of Kansas Statutes Annotated,and amendments thereto, relating to advance voting ballotsshall apply to electionsunder this act only insofar as they do not conflict with the provisionsof this act, except that the county election officer shall not accept anyapplication for an advance voting ballot later than the 21stday before the election.
