      25-436.   Deadline for registration of electors receiving mailed ballots;procedure for electors registering late.The county election officer shall not mail a ballot under this act to thoseelectors not registered 30 days prior to the date of the election. Electorsregistered after 30 days prior to the date of the election, but prior tothe closing of the registration books, may apply for a ballot under subsection(d) of K.S.A. 25-433.
