Article 4.--CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS

      25-439.   Act to be liberally construed; mere informality not to affectvalidity of election.No mere informality in the manner of carrying out or executingthe provisions of this act shall invalidate any election held under it orauthorize the rejection of the returns thereof. The provisions of thisact shall be construed liberally for the purpose of effectuating its purposes.
