      25-4119g.   Statement of fair campaign practices; preparation; mailing tocandidates.The commission shall prepare a statement of fair campaignpractices to assist candidates in the proper conduct of election campaigns. Acopy of such statement shall be mailed by the commission to each candidate atthe time of the receipt of notice of appointment of a treasurer or candidatecommittee by such candidate.
