Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 41.--ELECTION CAMPAIGN FINANCE; GENERAL

      25-4148a.   Reports of contributions; occupation andindustry of contributor orcontributor's spouse if contribution over $150.When a report is made under this act and the amount being contributed by anindividual is over $150, the report shall list the occupation andindustry of theindividual contributor.If the individualcontributor is not employedfor compensation then the report shall list the occupation and industryof the contributor'sspouse.
