      25-4155.   Debts and obligations; statements required.In addition to other reports and statements required by the campaign finance act, everytreasurer shall make a statement of the amount and nature of debts andobligations owed by or to the candidate or candidate committee, partycommittee or political committee after every election, at timesprescribed by the commission, continuing until such debts andobligations are fully paid or discharged.
