      25-4164.   Actions of commission following hearing.After a hearing of an alleged violation of the campaign finance act the commission shallstate its findings of fact. If the commission finds that the respondenthas not violated any provisions of the campaign finance act, it shall order the actiondismissed, and shall notify the respondent and complainant thereof. Ifthe commission finds that the respondent has violated any provisions ofthe campaign finance act, it shall state its findings of fact and submit a reportthereon to the attorney general and to the county or district attorneyof the appropriate county.
