      25-4167.   Failure to file a campaign finance report; misdemeanor.Failure to file a campaign finance report is (a) the intentionalfailure of any person required to make any report, amended report orstatement by the campaign finance act to file the same with the secretary ofstate or county election officer atthe time specified in the campaign finance act or (b) the intentionalfailure of anyperson required by K.S.A. 25-4172, and amendments thereto, to submit astatement to atreasurer to submit the same.

      Failure to file a campaign finance report is a class A misdemeanor.
