Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 41.--ELECTION CAMPAIGN FINANCE; GENERAL

      25-4187.   Inaugural expense fund; administration by adjutant general;authorized uses.(a) There is hereby created in the state treasury the inauguralexpense fund. Expenditures from the fund shall be made in accordance withappropriation acts upon warrants of the director of the accounts and reportsissued pursuant to vouchers approved by the adjutant general or a persondesignated by the adjutant general.

      (b)   Moneys credited to the inaugural expense fund shall be expended only toreimburse the adjutant general for expenses incurred by the adjutant general inconnection with a gubernatorial inauguration.
