25-4307. Same; notice on matters relating torecall.Notice on all matters pertaining to the application and petition may beserved on any member of the recall committee in person or by mail addressedto a committee member as indicated on the application. The secretary ofstate, upon request, shall notify the recall committee of the official numberof votes cast for all candidates for the office of the stateofficer sought to be recalled, such percentage to be based upon the lastgeneral election forthe current term of office of the officer sought to be recalled. Countyelection officers shall assist the secretary of state as requested by suchsecretary.
