Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 46.--OPTICAL SCANNING SYSTEMS TO COUNT VOTES

      25-4614.   Rules and regulations.The secretary of state may adopt rules and regulations:

      (a)   For the use of optical scanning systems to count votes under theelection laws of this state; and

      (b)   necessary for the administration of this act.
