      25-4702.   Purpose.Scope. This act provides a uniform, nondiscriminatoryadministrative procedurefor the resolution of any complaint alleging a violation of any provision oftitle III of the "helpAmerica vote act of 2002," including a violation that has occurred, isoccurring, or is about tooccur.
