Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 6.--OFFICIAL BALLOTS

      25-605a.   Ballot language, phrasing.Every question or proposition placed upon ballots to be submitted to thevoters of a subdivision of government shall be cast and phrased in suchlanguage that a "yes" vote shall indicate approval of the matter or courseof action proposed. Every such question or proposition seeking approvalof a new course of action or a change in conduct shall be cast and phrasedin such language that a "yes" vote will approve the new course of actionor change in conduct.
