Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 6.--OFFICIAL BALLOTS

      25-607.   Copies of constitutional amendment resolutions.It shall be the duty of the secretary of state to place a copy of anysuch concurrent resolution in the hands of every county election officerand such officer shall cause such resolution to be printed, posted anddistributed as required by law. The cost and expenses connected therewithshall be paid in the same manner as the cost for printing the ballots.
