25-608. Sale of ballots subject to destruction.That in addition to the methods of disposal of election ballots nowprovided by law, the boards of county commissioners of the various countiesof the state of Kansas, are hereby authorized to sell all ballots which atthe time of sale are subject to destruction, the proceeds of such sale tobecome a part of the general fund of the county.
