      25-621.   Ballot form for proposition on method of selection of judgeof district court.(a) The secretary of state shall prescribe the ballot format but wheneverthe proposition of the method of selection of judge of the district court issubmitted to the voters, the form of the ballot shall substantially be asprovided in K.S.A. 20-2901 and amendments thereto and may be combined with theofficial general ballot provided for in K.S.A. 25-601 and amendments thereto.

      (b)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to chapter 25 of theKansas Statutes Annotated.
